We’re excited to announce that we have a brand new file upload that enhances both the user experience of uploading files and the data processing.
Pilea also now support image attachments on requests and feedback, so you can capture the full picture, literally.
Customer management just got easier too. Search, filter, and multi-select when linking customers. There is also a new dedicated Customer tab on every request.
We’ve also given our HubSpot, Zendesk and Jira integrations a refresh for smoother syncing.
