Attio, meet Pilea: your CRM notes, calls and deals in one prioritized backlog
Some of the best product feedback you have was never filed as feedback. It’s a two-line note your account executive wrote after a renewal call. It’s the moment in a demo when the prospect says “we’d sign tomorrow if you had SSO”. It sits in your CRM, next to the deal, where product rarely goes looking.
If your team runs on Attio, that’s now fixed. Pilea’s Attio integration is live. Connect it in a click, and the notes, calls and deals in Attio flow into your backlog, linked to the accounts they came from and weighed by the revenue behind them.
What you get
- CRM notes become product signal. Every note on your Attio companies is read, analysed and grouped with similar feedback from your other channels.
- Calls, matched to the right accounts. Turn on call transcripts and recorded calls arrive as interviews, linked to every customer company that was on the call.
- Revenue in your priority scores. Bring each company’s deal size across from a field like ARR, or from the sum of its won deals.
- One click to connect. OAuth, read-only, synced every 6 hours. An API key works too.
The notes your team already writes
Sales and customer success write things down constantly: call summaries, renewal context, “they’re evaluating a competitor because we don’t do X”. It’s honest, specific and tied to a real account. It’s also written in shorthand, scattered across hundreds of records, and nobody on the product team has time to read it all.
Pilea reads it for you. Each note is analysed for feature requests, pain points and bugs, then linked to the backlog items it supports. Because the note already sits on a company record in Attio, Pilea knows exactly which customer it belongs to. No tagging, no copy-pasting into a spreadsheet, no guessing from email domains.
The result: when three of your enterprise accounts mention the same missing export in renewal notes, it shows up as one backlog item with three customers behind it.
Calls that land in the right place
If you record calls in Attio, tick Call transcripts and they come into Pilea as interviews. Each call is matched to the customers who were on it, using the companies and people linked to the meeting in Attio and your participants’ email domains. Your own team is never mistaken for a customer, and a call with two client companies counts for both.
You decide which calls are worth it. Import everything, only calls with words like “demo” or “QBR” in the title, or describe the calls you want in plain language and let Pilea pick them out. Add a skip list for stand-ups and internal syncs. Turn on Analyze automatically, and a customer call in the morning is on your backlog by the afternoon.
Prioritize by who’s asking, not just how many
Counting requests rewards whoever complains the most. The ask that matters most often comes from the account you can least afford to lose, and it might have come up exactly once.
With Revenue switched on, Pilea brings each company’s deal size across from Attio. Point it at a field like ARR or contract value, or let it add up each company’s won deals. You choose which deal stages count as won. Pilea can even set customer status from your pipeline: a company with a won deal becomes a customer, one with open deals becomes a lead.
From then on, revenue is part of every priority score. A request from a $150k account and one from a free trial no longer look the same on your backlog.
