Surveys

If you have survey data with open-ended responses that you need to analyze, surveys is where you can upload and make sense of qualitative feedback at scale. While quantitative survey data is easy to aggregate, analyzing hundreds of free-text responses manually is a nightmare - Pilea handles the qualitative analysis automatically.

What you can import

CSV files with multiple columns of feedback. Perfect for satisfaction surveys, NPS responses, user research surveys, or any survey where you collected open-ended responses alongside structured data.

How importing works

Getting your survey data into Pilea takes just a few steps:

  1. Click "+" from the top navigation and select "Survey"
  2. Upload your CSV file and set your delimiter
  3. Select which columns you want to import - you can choose multiple feedback columns
  4. Hit import and let Pilea work its magic

Pilea will summarize your entire survey and categorize each response automatically. Your imported survey becomes a searchable data source where you can explore patterns across all those open-ended responses you never had time to properly analyze.

Once imported, a survey will be summarized and categorized, ready to be used for insight generation.

The real win

Instead of manually reading through hundreds of survey responses, you get instant insights into what themes are emerging from your qualitative data. Finally, those open-ended questions become as useful as your multiple choice ones.
