Your team's product knowledge lives in Notion. Now Pilea can tap into it. This one's been a long-requested feature, and we're excited to deliver. The Notion integration has been built from the ground up with a smart page selector, so connecting the right pages takes seconds, not guesswork.
Once connected, Pilea periodically syncs your Notion pages and notifies you when it's done. Need to remove a page or re-import one that's changed? Page removal and resync are of course supported, so your knowledge base in Pilea always reflects what's actually in Notion.

How to set up Notion
When you add content to Pilea, you decide how it should be used:β
When you choose "analyze", Pilea reads through the content and extracts actionable insights. The feedback gets turned into backlog items, grouped with similar ones, and added to your backlog. Pick analyze when you're adding customer feedback, reviews, support tickets, or anything you want Pilea to break down and act on.β
When you choose "knowledge", the content is stored as background context. Nothing gets added to your backlog, instead, Pilea uses the content to give smarter, more relevant answers when you search or explore your data. Pick this for product docs, strategy documents, internal guidelines, or anything that helps Pilea understand your product better.
A quick rule of thumb is that if its feedback form customers, analyze it, and if it's context about your product, add it to knowledge.
